Information on the control fee

You will be charged an inspection fee if the vehicle is parked in breach of the parking regulations (Act on Procedure for Issuing Penalty Fees for Unauthorised Parking, SFS 1984:318).

The amount of the fee follows the municipal fee for each offence.

Payment of the parking charge must be made within 8 days of the date of issue to Giro account 5012-7042.

Follow the instructions on the control fee and always quote the case number when paying (= OCR number)
If you have not paid the inspection fee, you will receive a reminder.

The reminder must be paid within 8 days from the date of printing.

If the reminder does not lead to payment either, the matter will be referred to Profina Inkasso for collection action. A statutory fee of SEK 180 will then be added.

Appeal

Here you have the possibility to challenge/appeal an inspection fee. If you believe that an inspection fee has been issued incorrectly, please fill in the form below.

Please note! We do not accept appeals by e-mail due to security risks.

Under reason, you indicate why you think the inspection fee is incorrect. After investigation, we will send you a reply to your appeal.

Circumstances that may lead to the cancellation of the inspection fee:

• Formal errors on the inspection fee or on the signposting at the site
• Acute illness of self or close relative (medical certificate required)
• Vehicle reported stolen at the time of the offence (police report required)
• Emergency breakdown of the vehicle where it can be proved that measures have been taken to move the vehicle (such movement must take place reasonably immediately)
• Other circumstances are often difficult to argue on appeal.
